Tsundzukani women for development was registered as a Non-Profit Organization (NPO), the main focus of the organisation is the empowerment of the women, youth and ex-convicts through addressing the factors that influence and affect them.

• Initiate poverty alleviation programmes and projects targeted at women, youth and ex-convicts.
• Empower the target groups of women, youth and ex-convicts in acquisition of skills and knowledge to be able to play a meaningful role in the economic development of the country
• Facilitate community participation in the skills development of Alexandra, Tembisa, Diepsloot and Rabie Ridge .
